The Fitness kung-fu group is aimed at anyone who's interested in exercise. The movements are presented thoroughly so that everyone can partake. Muscle work, flexibility, speed, coordination and body control are practiced equally with methods from kung-fu.

45 minutes of conducted practice. No fighting, simply exercise and body care.

We believe that every minute is important.
