Beginners Course learning materials focus on basic concepts and techniques. The mandatory grounds include, for example basic stances, basic punches, kicks, the first self-defense techniques as well as some basic taolu movements. It is also important to build a good base fitness at the beginner course. Kung-fu is a martial art where there is something for everyone.

Students develop at their own pace, and personal strengths and weaknesses are taken into account during the course. Because of the it doesn´t matter if you are not able to join the course the first day it starts, you are able to start later.
 Kung-fu is a martial art was learning and development progress through life so even if you leave off a practice or two, it is not an insurmountable obstacle. A long-term activity and determination are more important.

  • Shaolin kung-fu beginner's courses in March begins on the following dates:

    Vaasa: Mon 12.3.
    Seinäjoki: Tue 13.3.

    The course lasts 3 months. Practice places and -times you'll find on the training schedule -page.

    Take indoor practice clothes with you, e.g. t-shirt and sweath pants. Sign up for the course can be done on the pages or to the address info@shaolinkick.com or at the practice place.

    Kung-fu practice can be started at a later date as well, if you can not attend on the first day of the course.
