Beginners Course learning materials focus on basic concepts and techniques. The mandatory grounds include, for example basic stances, basic punches, kicks, the first self-defense techniques as well as some basic taolu movements. It is also important to build a good base fitness at the beginner course. Kung-fu is a martial art where there is something for everyone.

Students develop at their own pace, and personal strengths and weaknesses are taken into account during the course. Because of the it doesn´t matter if you are not able to join the course the first day it starts, you are able to start later.
 Kung-fu is a martial art was learning and development progress through life so even if you leave off a practice or two, it is not an insurmountable obstacle. A long-term activity and determination are more important.

    A summer course in kung-fu will start in Vaasa on Mon 4.6.

    The course lasts 3 months. Practice Mondays and Wednesdays at 18:00-19:30. Place is Palosaaren järjestötalo, address: Vapaudentie 27. Place on map. Take indoor practice clothes with you, e.g. t-shirt and sweath pants.

    Your first practice is a free tryout! Also over the whole course we will get aquainted with the movements and practice, and the course participants are not expected to performe the movements perfectly and no previous experience of martial arts are needed.

    Kung-fu practice can be started at a later date as well, if you can not attend on the first day of the course.
